NEW RULE IN ITALY, MAYBE IN GREECE ALSO

Italian basketball federation, finally made decision about the Bosman rules for the next season. They have decided that each team in Italian A 1 (20 teams) and A 2 league, have to have signed 3 players with Italian passport. The rest of the team, could be consisted of the players any nationality (including the players from non European countries). That means Kinder can play with 7 Yugoslav players, what s very good for Yugoslavian players, but in the same time with 7 American players, what s off course not good. In the same time, it seems that for the first time Greek basketball federation will allow this week to the A 1 clubs to have signed one Bosman B player per team.
