YU FREE AGENTS ARE WAITING FOR THE NEWS FROM GREECE

The first European lock out is currently in Greece. The league office is closed and the clubs can not make any deals. The decision about lock out will be made tomorrow, and if it is finished, Greece could be interesting option for many of YU free agents. According to our sources, the new rule in Greece will be: not more than 5 players out of Greece in each team, but only 2 could be Americans. The difference between players from Western Europe and Eastern Europe will not exist any more. If we compare this situation with situation in the past, can conclude that now each team has possibilty to sign 3 Yugo players per team plus 2 Americans, what s big oportunity for our players. But in the same time rumours are that the lock out will continue because top teams like Olympiakos and Panathenaikos do not accept this rule, they want to have possibility to sign more foreing players, claiming that Greek market is not enough for them to find 7 good guys for the team and make strong selection.
