WE ARE EXPECTING MORE THAN 150.000 PEOPLE TODAY IN THE DOWNTOWN OF BELGRADE

Yugoslav national team won a lot of trophies in the past, and people always celebrated like Mediteranean people, noisy and with lot of emotions. But, gold medal in Indianapolis is something different. People usually go after the game to the downtown to celebrate, but now Govermenet put big screen in the centre of the town, and 30-40000 people watched extremely exciting final game. After the game, people from all suburbs came to the same place and made unbeliavable crowd. The YU press said more than 100.000 people. But, much bigger crowd is expecting for today. Yugoslavian heroes, players and coaching stuff, will, as usual, come to the big square between City Hall and Federal Esembly, and people with celebrate gold medal together with the player. Estimated crowd is between 150.000 and 200.000 people, or maybe even more, because people from whole country are prepering to come and see the champions.
