OKK BELGRADE FIRED JACIMOVIC AND SIGNED THE NEW COACH

OKK BELGRADE, the newcomer in A1, fired the coach Predrag Jacimovic. They signed the new coach, Mr NENAD VUCINIC, who is completely unknown for Yugoslavian basketball people. Vucinic, who used to play for small YU teams, left the country to New Zealand, on 1989. He played and coached Nelson Giants for many years in New Zealand league, winning two times in play off, and getting two times the title COACH OF THE YEAR. He played for national team of "TALL BLACKS" on Sydney Olimpics 2000, and was the first assistant coach of national team in Goodwill 2001 games in Brisbane, AUT and in World Championship 2002 in Indianapolis, US, where team of New Zealand made the biggest sucsses in the history,qualifing for semi final, and getting the 4 th place.
