GUROVIC CASE:CURRENT SITUATION

Some Spanish newspapers and YU web sites, published information that FIBA decided that Gurovic has valid contract with Tau, what s not correct information. FIBA, got the precontract from Tau and Spanish Federation, and authomatically said that for the moment is unable to issue LOC for the player. It was expectable, and it s usual procedure. During the day, the player and NIS Vojvodina, via Basketball federation of Serbia and Montenegro, sent documentation to FIBA (total 37 pages) and the process just started. The lawyers of FIBA, will most likely make decission after the session, which will be appointed for the next week.
