GUROVIC CASE:SPANISH TEAM SENT TO FIBA FAKED PRE CONTRACT

It s difficult to beleive, but it happened. TAU Vitoria sent to FIBA, faked pre contract of the player Milan Gurovic. Somebody from the Club, who recognized mistake made in the pre contract, where Gurovic was obliged to be the coach of the club in the season 2003 04, after the player put signature on the contract, WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE AND PERMISSION, made the change in the pre contract. Somebody erased the word ENTRENADOR (coach) and put the word JUGADOR (player). They did in hand writing and it is very obvious. The both "version" of the same pre contract (the players copy and the clubs copy) were sent by DHL to FIBA. Arriving of the documents in FIBA is expectable for tomorrow. The player is waiting for the new FIBA reaction.
