PARTIZAN PIVARA MB LODGING THE APPEAL IN SEMIH ERDEN CASE

BC PARTIZAN registered Semih Erden, according to FIBA Europe Ad Hocc commission decision, but in the same time lodged appeal. Serbian club is not satisfied with the amount designated by Commission, especially because this one is much bigger than it was designated before (Damnjan Rudez case from Zrinjevac to Oostende, as well as Boris Bakic case from Buducnost to Maccabi Givat Shmuel). FIBA World Appeal Commission in Geneva, will decide about appeal most likely next month.
